import a previously-created DB via http rather than via iTunes sync.

I was out of the country and forgot to sync in a DB. I could get it via http due to being able to reach my home machine, but I couldn't do an iTunes sync because I carried my iPhone, not my laptop. So, being able to grab it remotely would be awesome.

Hi, please check out the new version of Galileo Offline Maps iOS app. Now it possible to import .sqlitedb files into the app from Dropbox and web link.
