Import-in problem

Previously I bought the import-in function in July 2011. After swap to a new iphone and upgrading the app version, the app asks me to purchase the functoin again (I still can see the offline map I created previously on the selection menu) . What's wrong?

If you lose your in app purchases because Galileo Offline Maps was reinstalled, you may be able to restore it for free. To activate them again, select "Buy" option within the installed app and use the same iTunes Store account name as for the original in app purchase.
So you don't have to pay for the extra features again (e.g. "Import map from PC")
