Use quadtile format maps as custom sources

UK Ordnance Survey maps are stored in the old Multimap quadtile format, rather than simple xyzs tiles. It would be great to be able to specify this quadtile format in the custom source XML.

It's hosted on virtualearth.net, so probably quite a common format.
