option to use different BalloonStyle for placemarks

When opening a placemark now a default form is used with limited layout options in the description field. It would be nice to have the option to choose a different BalloonStyle, like in GoogleEarth, including BalloonStyle with rich deescritive HTML features like embedded images and hyperlinks.
