the track log data doesn't show the correct speed.

I am using the garmin GLO GPS receiver. When I export the track as a GPX file and open it in another program to view the details, I find that the individual leg speeds are much lower than actual speed. When I use a different program to create the track, the speeds are accurate. I believe it must be something in your software that is causing the error.
